Section 1: Services Overview- 

Splash CarCare provides premium automobile services including Paint Protection Film (PPF), car detailing, car wrapping, ceramic coating and a wide range of car accessories.

All services are carried out by trained professionals using quality materials and equipment. Any specific requirements or concerns about your vehicle should be discussed with our team prior to service.

Section 2: Bookings and Appointments- 

Customers are encouraged to book appointments in advance for timely service. You may book through our website, phone, or by visiting our center.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling fees.

Section 3: Payments- 

All service payments are due upon completion unless otherwise stated. We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other approved digital payment methods.

For accessories or special installations, a deposit or advance payment may be required. All payment details provided must be accurate and valid.

Section 4: Pricing and Estimates- 

Prices shared at the time of booking are based on the condition of your vehicle and the scope of work. Any additional work or materials required will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Prices may be revised periodically without prior notice, but you will always be informed before the start of your service.

Section 5: Vehicle Responsibility-

We treat every vehicle with utmost care. However, Splash CarCare is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Customers are advised to remove valuables, electronic devices, and personal items before handing over the car.

Section 6: Product Warranty-

Accessories and PPF installations are covered by manufacturer or service warranties, wherever applicable. Warranty claims are valid only if-

• The product has been used as per the given guidelines.
• There has been no tampering, unauthorized service, or misuse.
  
  

Splash CarCare reserves the right to verify claims before approval.

Section 7: Refunds and Returns- 

Once a service is completed, payments are non-refundable. For accessories or products, returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is unused, undamaged, and reported within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 7- 10 business days.

Section 8: Customer Responsibilities- 

Customers are expected to disclose any pre-existing damage or mechanical issues before service.

We are not responsible for hidden damages or mechanical faults unrelated to our service work.

Section 9: Limitation of Liability- 

While every effort is made to deliver perfect results, Splash CarCare will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.

Section 10: Indemnification- 

By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Splash CarCare, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services, breach of these terms, or violation of any law.

Section 11: Termination-

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at our discretion if a customer engages in misconduct, misuse, or violation of these terms.

All outstanding payments must be cleared before termination.

Section 12: Severability-

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections shall continue in full force and effect.

Section 13: Governing Law-

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

Section 14: Entire Agreement-

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Splash CarCare. Any prior discussions, written or oral, shall be superseded by this agreement.

Section 15: Changes to Terms-

Splash CarCare reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
