Splash CarCare gives you the car services. This includes Paint Protection Film, car detailing, car wrapping, ceramic coating and lots of car accessories.
Our team is made up of trained professionals who use materials and equipment to do their job. If you have any needs or worries about your car you should talk to our team before we start working on it.
We want you to book your appointment ahead of time so we can serve you better. You can book on our website, call us or come to our center.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment you have to tell us at least 24 hours before. If you do not do this you might have to pay a fee to reschedule.
You have to pay for our services when we finish the work unless we say something. We take cash, UPI, credit cards, debit cards and other digital payments that we approve.
For some accessories or special work you might have to pay some money before we start. The payment details you give us have to be correct and valid.
The price we tell you when you book is based on what your car needs and what work we have to do. If we need to do work or use more materials we will tell you and get your approval first.
We can change our prices sometimes. We will always tell you before we start working on your car.
We take care of every car that comes to us.. Splash CarCare is not responsible if something happens to the things you leave in your car.
So please take out your things, electronic devices and personal items before you give us your car.
The accessories and Paint Protection Film we install are covered by a warranty from the maker if that is available. You can make a warranty claim if.
Splash CarCare will check your claim before we approve it.
Once we finish our service you cannot get a refund.. If you buy something from us and it is not used or damaged you can return it or exchange it within 7 days if you have the receipt.
If you can get a refund we will put the money back into the account you used to pay us within 7 to 10 days.
You have to tell us if your car already has some damage or problems before we start working on it.
We are not responsible for any damage or problems that are not related to our work.
We try our best to do a job but Splash CarCare will not be responsible for any problems that are not directly related to our services or products. The most we will pay is what you paid for the service.
When you use our services you are agreeing to help us if someone sues us because of something you did. You have to help us, our employees, partners and friends if someone tries to sue us because you did not follow these rules or broke the law.
We can stop our service if you do something or break these rules.
You have to pay all the money you owe us before we stop our service.
If some of these rules are not valid the other rules will still apply.
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of India and any problems will be solved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
These Terms and Conditions are the agreement between you and Splash CarCare. Anything we discussed before in writing or talking will not apply.
Splash CarCare can change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The new rules will always be on our website.
